“ Always been curious to try this dessert named after a russian ballerina. Was able to try it with my friend who I'll be crediting for taking these superb snaps. The pavlova cake is a crisp and light meringue with whipped cream inside and the fruits (we chose mango, passion fruit and strawberries as per the server's recommendation) compliments the entire dish as it would be a balance of sour and sweet. Paired with a black americano. It's a nice afternoon snack if you have a sweet tooth. ”
